Monthly rent: $1,195.00 Security deposit: $1000.00 Utilities: W/S/T billed monthly at $55.00 Tenant responsible for Power in their name No pets. All of our properties accept Service/Support Animals. No fees or extra rent will be charged for legitimate Service/Support Animals. Online certifications are not accepted. Resident Benefit Package: At Invest Idaho Management, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. That's why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents and provide must-have services for our renters. The monthly fee of $35.00 includes pest control, utility setup assistance, credit building, and more. This package is required with the rental.
