This unit does come with a 1 car garage or assigned carport. You don't want to miss out on living in this great community. Give us a call to schedule an appointment to view this beautiful unit. Application Fee is $35 per 18 and older Adult applying to live in the unit. $1100 deposit on approved credit. We do allow Pets however we do have breed and weight restrictions.
