This very spacious 2 bedroom unit comes with a fully updated kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal and pantry. Large living room with attached dinning room and slider leading out to the private patio. This unit has a spacious master bedroom with full bathroom. Large main bath in hallway and full size washer/drier hook ups in unit. ( We can add washer/Dryer for $50/month additional.) Second bedroom is very spacious and bright. This unit does come with a 1 car garage or assigned carport. You don't want to miss out on living in this great community. Application Fee is $35 per person applying to live in the unit, which includes anyone 18 and older. $1000 deposit on approved credit. We do allow Pets however we do have breed and weight restrictions. Please call us for info on approved pets $400 Pet deposit per pet $35 Pet rent per pet
