Covered carport parking for one car is included. Charming fenced backyard with large storage shed with covered patio area. Tenants are responsible for gas & half of weekly garbage/recycling service. Tenants are to pay approximately 15% of the total EWEB bill, based on square footage of the studio, directly to the owner. No mail service at property for tenant, must get P.O. Box. Renter's insurance in the amount of at least $100,000 per occurrence is required for this property. Smoking is permitted outside only. Please feel free to drive by and take a look at the property. We leave the blinds open and lights on, so you can take a look in the windows. Keys will be available to checkout beginning 01/20/2018. Key check outs are available between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. We require a $50.00 cash only deposit upon checkout.
