The master bath offers you a large soaking tub and a stand up shower. You will have plenty of room to spread out with NO HOA and a large fenced in yard for all your toys. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, water ($50 per month) and trash. The home is on a septic and you will need to apply tablets monthly to the toilets for treatment. Pets are allowed outside ONLY. Security deposit is based on credit, background and rental history.
