Property Id: 2748274 Renting out the downstairs bedroom, living room, bathroom, laundry, backyard and shared kitchen with a cool, down to earth, not noisy / drama, professional roommate in my home. Huge driveway with a RV / trailer parking gated side yard. Large backyard to accommodate my two dogs as well as a dog of your own. The downstairs is what is being rented out, it has a large private living room, and a bedroom with a closet. Laundry and dryer is located downstairs as well as a half bath and the garage. There is another full bathroom upstairs that is included with a shower / tub. The kitchen upstairs is shared with the fridge and freezer, there is also an addition big freezer in the garage that can be loaded up too. Garage is one car / truck and can be shared as well, its stocked with all sorts of tools and cool man cave stuff. The backyard is shared as well, pretty large and fully fenced. There is also a storage shed in the backyard and room under the raised porch for more storage as well. There is a firepit / chairs in the backyard as well/ horseshoes / swing set. I've got two dogs that live here, male and female medium size dogs, the friendliest critters in the world. The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept and has HOA rules. High speed Internet, gas (heat), electric, water / sewage are all included. The property has amazing views out the back porch and backyard of the mountains and Eagle River in general. Walmart / gas stations are less than 5 minutes away. Hiking trails are less than 10 minutes away, and the neighborhood is full of running / biking paths through the trees. This is a very nice house and neighborhood and I plan on finding someone who will respect it and help keep it that way. I'm a 36 yr old Firefighter and Construction Manager dude that will spend as much time outdoors as possible, that's not into late nights or a ton of noise and like to keep the place tidy.
