This property is available to tour June 10th Monday-Thursday from 8:30-4:30 and Friday 8:30-2. You will need to come by our office to check out a key and provide a valid ID. No appointment needed. You can submit an application on our website rentsumter. com and you will be notified upon approval. Everyone 18 and older must complete an application on the Southeastern Rentals website. Pets are okay upon owner approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet. Lease Terms- 12 month lease $1200 security deposit $1200/month $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
