Dinning area is open to the living area and has direct access to back patio. Master suite is located on the back left of the home off the living room and includes walk in shower, walk in closet, double sink vanity and separate commode room. Yard is enclosed and perfect for kids and pets. Schools: Kingsfield Elementary, Beulah Middle, Tate High school Pets allowed on a pre-approved basis with all pet fees paid. 35lb weight limit, limit 2 animals. Owner/Manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Yard is NOT fully enclosed. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due.
