PARKING: -Off-street uncovered parking available, $120 per car due at move-in. -If available, $50 per month for covered carport parking, storage unit included with carport. UTILITIES: Landlord pays for lawn care, snow removal. Tenant pays all other utilities and must set up electricity in their name through MidAmerican Energy . Tenant will be billed monthly by the office for water usage, heat, common area electric, a trash fee, and an admin fee. INSURANCE: Tenant must have a renters insurance policy. Tenant may acquire their own, or will have the option to enroll in the office plan for $20 per month. Application requirements: -$50 application fee to run credit/background.
