Hey! I'm renting out a private bedroom in my home on East 10th Ave in Mount Pleasant — available August 1st for $1,250/month (utilities not included). The bedroom is yours. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are shared between occupants. The kitchen has a full stainless steel setup including a range, dishwasher, and LG fridge. There's also a stacked LG ThinQ washer and dryer in the unit. The location is hard to beat, you're right on the 10th Ave bike route, a few minutes from Main Street's cafés and restaurants, and have easy access to buses and both the Expo and Canada Line SkyTrain.
