This block of Virginia Ave is a beautiful tree lined street with very little traffic. It's tucked off of the main roads, but you are still close to all that Lancaster City's west end has to offer. It's only a short walk to Buchanan Park and it's great community dog park. (we do allow pets with deposit and fees!) The home itself has been nicely updated. The kitchen has been opened up into a nice sized dining room and has been recently updated. The nice sized living room greets you when you walk in the front door. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor along with a full bath. The third floor also has a very nice sized bedroom with it's own full bath as well. (yes, 2 full baths!) This home is a nice home in a great area, places like this don't come up for rent too often. Apply today to schedule a tour! Approved application required prior to seeing the home. Min 650 credit score. We need at least one good rental reference. Income needs to be at least 2.5xs rent.
