Welcome to Birch Tree House. (Sleeps 6) This private immaculate raised ranch has 3 bedroom, a pull out queen sleeper sofa and 1.5 baths. The Birch Tree House has been incredibly maintained. Vaulted ceilings in living room with, an open eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances, slider leads to oversized deck with stairs to the fenced in backyard. Heading downstairs, you will find another large living area with a half bath. A large garage, private treed back yard with large shed for additional storage and a fire pit area. Wether you are in town for business or pleasure you will be welcomed with open arms in our peaceful neighborhood. The back of the house has a nice private space with beautiful birch trees where you will find a fire pit and seating. The double wide driveway and garage is yours to use for the duration of your stay. The garage on the right side is a bit small so keep this in mind. (Please refrain from driving on the lawn) Upstairs you will find everything you should need. The hall closet on the left will have a few games, linens, and towels. The couch upstairs does turn into a queen bed. Please be careful when moving the coffee table not to scratch the floors. The hall on the right is a great space to store coats and other essentials. You will also notice some cleaning items should you need them. There are two 50" brand new TV's with Roku TV & Netflix included on the upper level. Upstairs you will also find the kitchen with electric stove, and stainless steel appliances. the cabinets are filled are stocked with all the essentials you should need. There are cleaning supplies as well as dish-soap for the dishwasher. (If needed) Included are some complimentary snacks and waters on us! The manual will be on the counter with the welcome basket! The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, 50" TV also with Roku & Netflix. There is an en suite with a tub, and a walk-in-closet. You will find this room down the hall on the left. (Dimmer light & fan switch are on the right) There are two additional bedrooms with full size beds. The one on the right has USB charge ports in the bed as well as storage underneath the bed (foot of bed & right side) Both rooms have plenty of closet space. (hangers included) The nightstands include USB and outlets for your convenience. Entertainment is right around the corner. You will find many stores, restaurants, bars, etc within 5 minutes down Brewerton Road/Route-11. Downtown Syracuse is about a 15 minute drive and the airport is about 12 minutes away. Please note we have a STRICT policy on additional visitors/pets/parties /events/meetings without prior approval. There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the property (including deck and front porch) By booking with us you agree with these terms and we have the right to charge fees for breaking these rules or for repair costs for any damage done to the property during your stay. Anything you need we will be just a message or text away.
