Broadway. Hardwood floors , Stainless steel appliances , bathrooms and kitchen. Heat and hot water is included. Unit is on the Top floor (Third floor). It is very quiet inside. The building is very close to Vancouver Community College, bus and sky train. Safeway is 15 minute walk, but there are plenty of smaller grocery stores and restaurants close by. The rest of the building is currently occupied by younger quiet working couples. The building is pretty old (70's) and there is a bit of a tilt to the whole building. Heating method is water radiator, not baseboards There is no in suite laundry but there is a laundry room in the building. If you have a pet, then please read this carefully. Pet policy: Because of numerous questions about our pet policy I am posting it here for potential renters to view. A few protective barks once in a while is ok, but non stop all day/night constant barking will not be tolerated. We have a lot of large dogs in the building but no barking. (Also zero break-ins) Large/Medium sized non-aggressive and non-barky dogs are welcome (any breed, 1 dog) Chihuahuas or similar small noisy breeds are not really welcome, sorry. Cats are ok Shih Tzu's ok Unit is currently empty so ready immediately. These are large units. (around 800 sq. foot) The building only has 10 apartments I will upload some better pictures tonight.
