The kitchen and living room is on the first floor bedrooms are upstairs. Very close to the seawall, restaurants, and transit stations. Pet friendly home but limit of pet exhausted. Be aware they will be on the first floor at all times. We are looking for someone mature, clean, responsible. No parties and one person occupancy. References required and proof of employment.
