About 933 Louisa St #NA
2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Shotgun house for rent. This is a unit that is part of a double house, so we (the landlords) live next door and are looking for someone that brings a nice energy and is quiet. About the House: New oven, tile floors and recently painted. New electrical - 2 full Closets 2 Window Units. Front and Side Entrance - Share Front porch (next to landlord). No backyard but it does have a private side area to use / maintain. We also just installed a water filtration system on the house so the water is cleaned and softend. Pet can be considered but must not bark and take flea medicine. The total rent is $1700/month includes electricity and water (gas and internet paid by tenant)
