Honestly, it has to be the FREE coffee that makes great lattes, mochas, chai tea lattes, hot chocolate, etc. I also love the community activities like the free waffles with topping bar mornings, and the games in the lobby (I will miss my favorite Pong game), and the HUGE lobby that makes for such a great hangout with friends. Large community kitchen, PHENOMENAL rooftop lounge, and great fitness center. The place is all brand new, and my Studio is unique in that either side of my apartment has building-owned storage. So I've never heard anyone! I also get a great view from my bed with tons of natural light from my gigantic windows. I really do love it here, but the time has come for me to move a little closer to places I need to be. This is for a lease takeover, starting June 1, technically ending 8/31. But if you love it, talk to the building about renewing the lease. Just bring your clothes because everything else is included! The apartment includes the big screen television, internet, the bed, the table and chairs, and all of the appliances. Literally the easiest move-in ever. This is a great way to get to know the neighborhood before signing a year lease anywhere, that's what I used it for. However, you get the best time of year to be in Bellingham! You get a place to park while staying in downtown just as the tourists come and take all of the parking. And yes, a tandem parking spot is included with the monthly rent! I can explain how that works but it's very easy for what you save in regular parking fees (although you can upgrade it to a regular parking spot if needed). Text me and I'll show you around! The lease fee is $1350. That's it, as far as I know - no extra fees! If you don't need the parking, you can save $50. The security deposit is paid, so you get to keep it if it gets returned.
