The first floor of the house consists of a giant common area that once had been divided into a dining room, living room and study; a full bathroom; a mudroom with washer and dryer; and a magnificent kitchen with an island sink and counter, a built-in table and an arched ceiling equipped with 2 large skylights. All utilities are included. About us: we are a married couple in our 30s. Maria is an actress and Joe is a writer, as well as an incoming MFA student at the University of Michigan. Your other housemate will be Chelsea, a fellow grad student of Joe's and a wonderful person. All leases will be month-to-month. We ask for a month's rent as a security deposit, which will be returned if the property is as it was upon your lease's inception and if a month's notice is given.
