The Security Depost and the Monthly rent are each $950. This home is not pet-friendly. Renter's Insurance is Required. If you do not provide proof of insurance, you will be enrolled in ours and charged for it along with the rent. The household income has to be more than 3X the cost of the rent. ($2850 monthly) Applications are $50 per person 18 and over in the home. This fee covers background checks, credit reports, rental history, and employment verification. Applicants must have excellent rental references and no evictions in the last five years. NO ROTWEILERS, DOBERMANS, OR BULLY BREEDS OF ANY VARIATION!!!
