Would make a great workshop. Backyard is fenced with 4’ chain link. Nice shade provided by mature tree in the backyard. Pets will be considered with an additional non-refundable deposit. House does have a partial unfinished basement. Basement does have a dirt floor and is accessed from the backyard (has a cellar type entrance). Basement does stay dry and has been used for storage by previous tenants. Mechanicals are in the basement. Utilities and yard maintenance will be responsibility of tenant. Serious inquiries only.
