Hello! We are looking for a roommate to help fill a condo in Chatham Village. Ideally, we would like to live with other young professionals. A little about myself: I'm a resident physician at Riverside hospital. I spend most of my time at the hospital. Aside from working all day, on a personal level I am into running; skiing; biking, and a whole bunch of other random hobbies. I don't smoke and don't have any pets. A little about the other roommate: She is also very easy to get along with. She's into beer/wine tasting, hiking, and she works with OSU radio. As far as housing goes: It's a recently renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Chatham village on the corner of Ackerman and Kenny. The place is entirely furnished except for your room. Chatham Village is very safe and quiet with lots of off-street parking. Brand New Washer and Dryer in unit as well as a brand new french door refrigerator and dish washer. Large rooms. Hardwood floors with tile in bathrooms and kitchen. See through fireplace, private 2nd floor balcony. Access to the Chatham Village Club house and pool! Close to Ohio State. On campus bus line. The condo community also has a guest house available for a small fee ($30 a night) if parents/guests want a private place to stay when they come visit.
