A newly installed tank-less hot water system to save energy associated with a circulated system for instant-hot water. Two forced-air heating systems to adjust temperatures for different levels and two laundry rooms are available. Intercom connects all levels and most of the rooms, while a whole house stereo-system is also available. In addition to the rooms above, a gym room, an activity and game room, a great room, and a storage room are in the lower level with great sunlight and backyard entertainment.
