On the left you have a formal living room with access to the ground floor bedroom and attached ensuite with walk in shower, soaker tub, walk in closet, private water closet and direct access to the back yard and pool. There is also a door to the back patio and pool. The galley style kitchen features all appliances, with a breakfast nook off the kitchen with office space including build in shelves on one side and on the other side a formal dining area with slider door to the back yard and views of the pool. The laundry room sits off the kitchen with access to the garage. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a 3rd living room which connected to a 5 bedroom and another full bathroom, perfect for older kids, in laws and visitors. Outside you will find a generous sized pool (new pool liner coming July), a separate gated grass area for kids and pets alike. Tankless gas water heater ensures plenty of hot water year around. Pool care and lawn care included with rent. Pets allowed on a pre approved basis with all pet fees paid. Limit 2 pets. Weight Limit 45 lbs. Owner/manager reserves the right to reject any pet at any time. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. School zones - Gulf Breeze Elementary, Gulf Breeze Middle, Gulf Breeze High School All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due. If unverified, pet fees will be required. Tenant Benefit Package fee of $39/month is required for all tenants.
