I have my own livngroom and bathroom in the finished basement, but i do like to have a fire in the winter time so it is a semi-shared upstairs living room. Screened in back porch. Grill. Fire pit in back yard. Huge fenced in back yard. Outside of the suburbs. 20 minute commute to BU campus and downtown Binghamton. Must be pet friendly and kind as I have 2 small maltese dogs and a cat. Perfect for Graduate Students/PhD students/Professionals. All utilities are included as well as internet and use of streaming services on the 75” TV. Renter is responsible for their own food, laundry products, personal hygiene products/tp, cleaning products of their choice, and other necessities they may need.
