Don't let the outward appearance of this home fool you! When you enter the home, you will be pleasantly surprised by the space. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling; with a coat closet behind the front door. Walk through the living room into the dining area, which is open to the kitchen. Enter the large den through French doors in the dining area. The bay window at the end of the den has a bench seat with built-in storage. Large windows let in plenty of light. A door leads from the den to the back yard. The kitchen has all the appliances including a new dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice maker, and a pantry. Doors from the kitchen and the den open to the spacious laundry room. The primary bedroom is on the right side of the home, complete with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3, a full bathroom, and a linen closet are on the left side of the house. Yard maintenance and monthly pest control included. A non-refundable application fee of $45 is required for each applicant signing the lease. All proposed occupants 18+ are required to pass a background check ($20 non-refundable application fee per additional occupant). Pets are allowed with restrictions. Max 2 pets, no pets over 30 lbs. $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet and proof of vaccination required. Renter's Insurance required. Must be at least 21 to apply.
