So, and I mean this, don't pretend to love this place if you can't pretend to be an absolute party animal (or at least someone who associates/is cool with said animals/late nights/general bar sounds). Srsly, if u choose to live here, and want to complain about noise- we will just send u this marketing description and be like, "ok, so what didn't u get about this?" APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
