Tucked inside a circular development, your immediate neighborhood is only one block off Rte 452, and easily accessible to other major roadways such as Routes 1, 322; I95, 476, 76. Close (2-8 min drive time) to local schools: Aston Elementary, Pennell Elementary, Hilltop Elementary, Neumann University, Media Children's House Montessori, Northley Middle, Sun Valley High, and Chester Community Charter School. Need to get outside? Chester Creek Trail, Linvilla Orchards, and many smaller local parks are only minutes away. Pets welcome, with some restricted dog breeds. $250 pet fee, monthly additional rent for dogs: $40/$75 (under/over 50 lbs.). $50 application fee per person. $35 fee per co-signer.
