Parking is located directly in front of the apartment, with an additional space nearby. Appliances include: Fridge, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer Tenant is responsible for: Electricity (Hot Water), Propane (Heat), Snow Removal Owner is responsible for: Water/Sewer, Trash Removal, Landscaping First months rent and 1x security deposit are due at signing.
