Seasonal fully furnished winter rental from after Labor Day through end of May 2019, NO possibility to rent year round. Overlooking Candlewood Lake, comfortable and easily accessible. There is a large eat in kitchen with fireplace, combo living/dining room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms (2 on main level and 1 on lower level, 2 full baths. Pool table in one room in lower level, another family room in lower level plus den. Great place to spend the winter on Candlewood Lake! Clean and neat and everything provided for you to use. Linens, kitchen items, bring nothing with you and enjoy! Good credit check and references required. No pets, no smoking. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and snow removal and renters insurance.
