Egrets Nest #59 - This 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath furnished condo(middle unit) is across the street from the ocean and also has ICW views from the back. Located in North Topsail near the Sea View pier. There is a beach access across the road from the condo. First level: Entrance from the front deck where you step into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator which has an ice maker, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. In between the kitchen and living room to the left is a full bath and one of the bedrooms. Through the kitchen toward the back of the unit is the living room. Off the living room is a sun deck which overlooks the ICW. To the left in the living room you will find the black iron spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom. Second level: Up the spiral staircase is where you will find the master bedroom with a full size bed and half bath. This condo offers many amenities including covered parking, TV, washer and dryer, outside storage and outside shower. This is a pet friendly unit and is NON smoking. Will take a 3-6 month rental only. condo will remain on the market.
