Two bed, two bath, single level townhouse. You will fall in love with this home! Nice kitchen, large bedrooms. Gas fireplace, all appliances, patio and window coverings! The community pool is also a huge bonus. Carefree living with all the amenities. Application fee is $30 per adult age 18 and older. We process all applications first-come-first-serve. We are looking for a 12 month lease with NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES. Deposit D.O.C. Tenant should have average to good credit, a good rental history, and be able to pass a background check.
