Unfinished basement for more and more space / storage. Nice area, close to schools, groceries, local shops and transportation. Would you love this beautiful house to be your next home sweet home? Requirements: 1-No previous evictions on the past 4 years. 2-No criminal background. 3-Proof of income 2.5x rent amount and bank account statements (photos, not screenshots) 4-Online application and background screening. Renter pays for water, gas and electric. Landlord pays mowing, sewer and all other Maintenance related to the property. Lease initially for 12 months there after month to month is preferred. Pets allowed $500 refundable fee. Carpet is recommended be cleaned by tenants twice a year.
