Located on a quiet cul-de-sac across from the Avalon mall and 3 min walk to the bus stop, this unit is a great combo of solitude and convenience. This unit comes with two large living spaces, dining area, oversized kitchen with two fridges and two freezers, as well as dedicated cupboards for each tenant. It also has convenient main floor laundry. All current tenants are male students. This is a smoke-free, pet-free property. Each room can only accommodate one tenant, no exceptions. One-year lease required. All rooms are rented on a base-rent plus utilities (electricity and internet) basis. Utilities average $50-60 in the summer and $80-120 in the winter. All hardwood and laminate floors. Cleaning supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning solutions and tools are provided but each tenant is responsible to clean on their assigned week. Laundry detergent is not provided. If interested please schedule a viewing. When scheduling the viewing please note your name, faculty/ work, ideal viewing times and ideal move-in month.
