Property is located off of Sierra and Arrow Blvd. As the global effect of the corona virus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, the leasing department is making changes to keep our community and staff safe. We will be eliminating all showings to practice social distancing during this time. Combined gross income of all applicants must be no less than 2.5 times the monthly rent. Credit score minimum of 600. Must be able to verify employment and rental history for the last two years.
