The kitchen has top-of-the-line brand energy star appliances, granite countertops, beautiful dark espresso cabinets, a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of shelving to help keep you organized! 1 assigned parking spot per unit. Guests and overflow vehicles use uncovered parking spots. ***$350 from the deposit will be non-refundable for carpet cleaning (if applies) after move out.*** DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS: A refundable security deposit will be due within 48 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. LEASE COMMENCEMENT REQUIREMENTS: Once approved, the lease commencement date must be within 14 days. If the property is unavailable for move-in, the lease commencement date must be set within 14 days of the expected availability date.
