The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer and 1 reserved parking space with a storage closet in the heated garage. Additional uncovered parking is available. No pets. No smoking. First and last month’s rent, along with a $2,500 security deposit, are required prior to move-in. Available for a 12+ month lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, internet, premium cable channels, sewer and water. Basic cable TV channels are included. Residents are also responsible for removing snow from the deck in the winter and replacing water filters. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. The resident must obtain a new Utah Driver's License with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County tax requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
