Antique, Amazing, Large, Garage, Washer Dryer, Extra Storage - This apartment has historic ox-blood stained wood, French doors, and approximately 12 foot high ceilings, original hardwood floors from 1914 throughout the building and crown molding and baseboards throughout. In addition to recessed lighting it is the only apartment with central air conditioning and heating. The entire building is heated by 1914 radiators which keeps it Comfortably warm throughout those winter months. The front doors open into a wide hallway with French doors at the end of the hall which open to the living room. French doors open out onto a balcony and dining room and another set of French doors open to a beautiful sunroom with a wonderful original chandelier. The bedroom is very large for downtown with built-in cabinet drawers, full length mirrors on the walls between the span of the windows from 23 feet from the floor up to the ceiling, two large windows open into the sunroom, and long French doors opening to the living room, Butler's door opening to the kitchen and to nicely sized closets.
