The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, including a new dishwasher and refrigerator, microwave and gas stove, as well as Corian counter tops, ceramic tile, built in pantry and plenty of cabinet space. A sun-room sits on the front of the house with wall to wall windows and serves as a perfect sitting room or office space overlooking a small front yard. A small fenced backyard sits behind the house. There is an exceptional amount of closet space in all bedrooms & living rooms, bathroom hall and large storage closet adjacent to dining room. Central A/C is located in the upstairs portion of the home only. The upstairs includes a bathroom, a fireplace and living room, 2 bedrooms and a large master closet, open shelving and slate countertops. There is an attached garage that has an entry into the kitchen. Monthly rent is $2,575.00 (first, last and security deposit required). Tenants are responsible for all utilities and minimal yard maintenance. In addition, the house includes a washer & dryer. Our home is very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family, post-docs, visiting faculty & graduate students. Please feel free to email for further information and additional pictures.
