About 835 Highview St #1
This is the entire first floor of a renovated duplex. The kitchen looks out into the living room and features high-end granite counters from Italy, custom cabinets, dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, garbage disposal, track lighting, and a ceramic tile floor, The bathroom was completely renovated with a beautiful ceramic tile shower. There are hard-surface floors throughout the entire apartment. We installed a high-efficiency HVAC system with central AC, which is much better for the environment and saves on gas and electric bills. There is a private back porch with direct access to a shared backyard. the backyard is partially fenced in but not entirely enclosed. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay gas and electric. Our company purchased this duplex in 2015 and completely renovated it from head to toe. We completely gutted the kitchens and bathrooms, installed new floors, private laundry, and central air. Located on a quiet street on the border of Morningside and Highland Park, this property is a convenient distance from Friendship, Shadyside, Lawrenceville, and East Liberty. Lots of shops and great restaurants on Bryant Street are within walking distance. There is very easy on street parking. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two pet maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses, but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. All of our tenants are required to carry renter's insurance. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
