About 834 Burden St
Charming 2 bedroom character home with lots of updates. Great safe area a couple blocks from hospital and major bus routes. The master is huge with big closets but the second bedroom is a bit on the small side. I've done lots of updates including laminate flooring, paint, and a renovated bathroom. Rent does not include utilities but does include main floor laundry. It will be available for March 1st (maybe a few days earlier). No smoking, pets may be allowed on an individual basis with pet deposit. A credit and criminal background check will be required of applicants
