Property Id: 833950 Welcome to Arbor Lake Townhomes, a luxury rental community. Each unit at Arbor Lake was constructed in 2009 and consists of 1,200 square feet (much larger than other apartments in Crestview). There are two master bedrooms, each with a spacious walk-in closet and its own master bathroom, as well! There is a half bath on the first floor with hookups for a washer and dryer. The chef's kitchen offers cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a sizable pantry closet for additional storage in the kitchen. Take a swim in our onsite saltwater gunite swimming pool. There is a pool house with Men's and Women's bathrooms as well as a picnic table and community charcoal grill. There is ample parking on the property for 2 vehicles per unit and overflow parking for guests of the property. We are a pet-friendly community and both dogs and cats are welcome and encouraged at Arbor Lake.
