The top floor includes the master bedroom (king bed) with a private balcony and a large ensuite bathroom and soaker tub. This floor also features two more bedrooms (queen beds) and a second full bathroom, and a library seating area. The best place to take in the wonder of the surrounding coast-line is the living room on the main floor. Here you can sink into a large wrap around Italian leather couch and gaze through floor to ceiling windows, mesmerized by the many sights of the ocean, from passing ferries, to abundant marine life, and the distant coastal mountains. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, with a 6 burner gas range and granite countertops. Fully appointed with everything you will need to cook beautifully, including a napoleon BBQ on the patio adjoining the kitchen. There are two dining areas and bedroom with a pull-out couch. The main floor also has a full bathroom, a laundry room and access to the garage (parking for one with room for 4 more outside). Step outside and discover the wrap around balcony that offers expansive ocean views. Bask in the fresh west coast air and enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. The walk-out basement offers more convenience with a bedroom, full bath, living room, a second laundry room, a quiet work area, and a separate kitchenette. Walk out the back door and discover the zen-like gardens and beautiful landscaping on the property. At the far west side you will find a staircase leading to a private cove, surrounding by beautiful, rugged nature. Here the kids can collect rocks or wade in the ocean and catch starfish, and adults can relax and enjoy the rare beauty of this special place. Alternatively, you can also walk out the back side of the property along the patio stairwell towards the weathered rocks, a pristine place to sit and watch the sunset or fish for salmon.
