You will enjoy a private entrance into the living room of the home. A spacious living room make the perfect place to relax at home! A dining room space in the kitchen is large enough to fit most dining sets. The large unfinished basement includes washer/dryer hookups, a utility sink and plenty of open space for storage. Tenant has use of one side of the detached garage and one side of the driveway. The shared front and backyard are great for entertaining in the warmer months! Tenant is responsible for all separately metered utilities. Lawn care and snow removal are shared responsibilities between the tenants. Pets may be considered for a monthly fee of $50 and a pet deposit. Weight, breed, and quantity restrictions apply.
