Backyard: 21'x23'. Garage: 23.5' deep x 20' wide. Garage door opening: 15'10". Yardwork & Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for yardwork and snow removal. Must have their own mower/trimmer and lawn watering hoses/sprinklers. Heating: Forced Air Natural Gas Furnace.
