Laundry is located on the main level. 1 bedroom / office is accessible from kitchen stairs as well as through bedroom or bath. Propane heat and the house is on well and septic. Tenant has use of yard directly around the house only. Ceilings on 2 level are low - approximately 6'. Note: the house is approximately 1 mile on gravel road from the hard surface road and speed is strictly enforced! Tenant will need to check with the school board as to school district as this is on Clarke/Warren County line. No Smokers. Renters Insurance required. Listing Agent processes application - good credit required. 1 small pet MAY be considered with an approved application, deposit and pet rent - there are restrictions as to type, size and breed of pet.
