Upstairs is the master suite. includes large dresser since it was difficult to get furniture up there. 2 windows for the beautiful view of the Rubies. Bathroom has tiled shower only - sink and stool. Then there is the 1200 sq ft shop, finished, for parking all your toys. All this along with some large trees on 1.31 Acres. Heater - water heater - dryer are propane- cental AC. Property is on a septic system In Spring Creek Association tenants must abide by the CCRS' Lease terms 12 months Tenant pays: NV Energy- Wells Propane - Water-sewer-trash. Owner pays Spring Creek Association fee We recommend that you check with staff before submitting your application online. When applying online make sure to include applications and all supporting documents for everyone 18 yrs and older that will be living at the unit.
