Large 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house available in downtown Morgantown just blocks from campus. Property features large front porch, yard, partially furnished, washer and dryer, and large basement. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs next to the half bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs with the full bathroom. Tenants pay all utilities (gas, electric, water, and trash). No pets. **NO Central Air. Tenants can install window AC units at tenants expense. **Parking Available for purchase in separate parking lease at Belmar parking lot. Cost is $400 per semester or $800 for the year. Lot is first come first serve.
