For rent is a nice updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath all brick house in Saint John. It is fairly large with a dining room and living room and is 1,128 square feet. It is near the intersection of 170 and Saint Charles Rock Road so it has easy access to the highway and public transportation. The home has central heat and air, alarm system, hardwood floors throughout most of the house, private parking in the driveway, a covered front porch, and newer windows. It also offers a walk-out basement that is dry and open with washer/dryer hookups. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS! We charge a $50 application fee per adult, which will pull your credit history and score, national criminal background check, and also an eviction and judgment history. If your credit score is below 650, your security deposit will be $2,600. If your credit score if above 650, your security deposit will only be $1,300. Must have NO evictions / landlord judgments in the past 5 years and at the same employer for at least 3 years if your credit score is under 650.
