Dogs Allowed Small Only. $50 application fee per adult resident. Pets allowed with $300 pet deposit per pet and $35 per month pet rent, after approved PetScreening ($20). Renter's insurance required or participation in PMI Aspire's resident liability insurance program at $13.50 per month. No smoking of any kind including marijuana. The Tenant has the right to provide to the Landlord a Portable Tenant Screening report. If the Tenant provides a Portable Screening Report, the Landlord is prohibited from charging a rental application fee, or charging a fee for access or use of the Portable Screening Report.
