One car detached garage and large partially finished basement with washer and dryer, great space for storage. Cats only. No Dogs allowed. No smoking. Showings by appointment only. Tenant pays for oil heat, hot water, electricity. The tenant is also responsible for landscaping, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and for reimbursing the owner for water sewer. Fire pit must be used with pit grate cover at all times, per city regulations.
