Home is currently occupied- do not disturb current renters. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. The house is unfurnished except blinds or window coverings for most windows and ceiling fans. Pets considered for $100/month. 1-year (12 month) lease. No smoking/vaping inside the house. Washer/dryer are not included, but can be added on request for a fee.
