There is no balcony, which keeps the noise out – there are fresh air intake filtered vents which the building maintenance changes every three months. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and an intricate tile back splash along with a large island, extra large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and quiet close cupboards and drawers.
